El Moncayo beach is the natural continuation of the Campo beach. The dune character has been partially lost in this sector and has been transformed into agricultural fields and residential areas, although it maintains a small dune cord. The beach has a semi-natural character and its sand and water are of excellent quality. Its access is made by the national road N-332, about two kilometers south of the town of Guardamar del Segura. Open spaces and fine, golden sand make up this one kilometer and a half long beach, located in a transition zone between the urban nucleus and the dunes at the southern end.

Given the small area, we do not find a lot of accommodation here, but the few that are worthwhile. The most desired is the Isla Tabarca Boutique Hotel, with amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea, especially at the later hours of the day. Its rooms are very well equipped, with all kinds of details and luxuries, and in its magnificently decorated restaurant you can enjoy a varied breakfast buffet. Then there is the Isla Plana Hotel, very good for sleeping in Tabarca. Here they accept pets, so it will not be a headache, and some rooms have a balcony to enjoy the good weather in this area, as well as very good views. The quality-price ratio, very good, since you will receive good services for the price you pay, and its decoration is made to achieve a very good customer comfort, Finally, to sleep in Tabarca, there is the Hotel Nueva Tabarca, on the beach. Here the staff is quite professional, knowing how to give an exemplary service to their guests, and the cleanliness of their rooms is exemplary, where you will not find any specks of dust. And as in the previous hotels, on your terrace and balconies you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets.
